Safety

What Zielchat does to protect the safety of its members

At Zielchat, the safety of our members is of utmost importance and we strive to continually improve it. To ensure your safety, we have implemented the following measures:

- Our private messaging system is designed to detect suspicious activity and slang versions of keywords. Our moderators review messages with suspicious keywords to identify any illegal or inappropriate activity.

- Our administrators and moderators carefully monitor every photo uploaded to ensure that none of them contain racism or offensive content.

- Users have the option to report abusive behavior. Our administrators will investigate the case and take appropriate action, including banning or deleting the reported user.

- Users can also disconnect communication from another user they find annoying or abusive and can report any suspicious or inappropriate profiles to us.

- Our chat rooms have assigned moderators who are assisted by chat robots that kick or ban users for swearing or being a nuisance to others.

To stay safe online, here are some tips:

- Remember that everyone you talk to online is a stranger, and you should not trust them blindly.

- Disconnect someone who is being abusive and report them to the administrators if necessary.

- Keep your personal information private, including your full name, address, phone number, email address, and school.

- Use a nickname instead of your real name, and avoid using one that could attract predators.

- Meeting someone in person can be risky and we advise against it. However, if you must meet someone, do it in a crowded and public place during the daytime, and bring a parent or guardian and a group of friends.

- If you or your friends are experiencing psychological discomfort, you can talk to us through the contact or feedback form on the site.

If you have any concerns or suspicions, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring your safety and well-being.
